Is there any way to make the sound source are larger? I need the city backround noise to be really big because the middle tile doesn't accept any objects and there's no sound.I changed the activation distance to 2000m but the sound disappeared completely. What's the max distance?

Just found out that you can add the sounds manually if RE has does its "thing". Only need to add the sounds to the *.ws file. The UiD number starts always from 100000 on each tile.

RE: Sound source area size

I'm not sure what he maximum activation distance is, but the problem is that the game automatically reduces the volume of sounds the farther you are from the sound source. If you insert the line Ignore3d ()just before the "Streams" ststement in the sms file, it will override that. (You may also need to add in a DistanceControlled VolumeCurve if the sounds extend too far.)Jeff
