In the sound files I have noted they are divided into SL5,SL3, SL1 and they repeat the streams. My question is what is the purpose of these various SL's? What does SL stand for and what does the number represent? I have seen sound modified files where only SL5 is used and I was wondering if the others where necessary or could be eliminated and still receive the authentic sounds we all desire. We are trying to stream line the programming to conserve spaces! Trying to learn but don't know where to look for specific answers. Thanks for any help or info you can pass our way. Teacherpat
Hi,They respond to settings in the Options screen:So with no settings for SL1 and/or SL3, users which have the slider at Low or Medium, doesn't hear anything. And SL0 is always played.Dick van den Hoven
WOW! Never knew that. Now the files are SUDDENLY easy to read. Have to go back and see where I added the Radio Chatter in them, and correct them to SL5 and SL3.Thanks, Dick.Ted

Otherwise SL0 will only play for AI mode.(So I think Invis_car need some modifiction add dumb SL1 for some people may drive AI consist and hear horn play when enter the simulation, and there are broken coupler problem after add Invis_car2)
