Anybody know what other steam locos besides the D&RGW K-36 have sounds synchronized to their wheels? While it's not *big* steam, it's become my favorite locomotive to operate because of the dramatic increase in palpability resulting from the very realistic sounds.TIA
I know that there is a fix in the file library that fixes the chuff syncronization from speed to wheels.-You can never have too much inner beauty. Or socks. -Matt, 3:25am-Crime: It's my anti drug -Creating Pac-Man comics for the humorless people out there

The SPS 700 has synchronised chuffing. It sounds very realistic, too! And I believe the file you are looking for is sndfix09.zip. Have a nice day -Mike----------------------------- It's the Santa Fe, All the Way
Thanks, glad you enjoy the sounds on the K-36, as I did them. I've also done the sounds for Jon Davis, on his Rayonier Mallets and SVRy/Uintah narrow gauge engines. When the rest of the Sumpter engines are released, they will all feature my hacking away at the steam sounds.I've re-done the SVRy/Uintah sounds to make them imitate the simple articulated sounds that are proper for them, I, at first, thought they were true malley types, and did the wrong sounds for them. The new sounds will eventually get uploaded, but right now I'm trying to finish the SVRy route.
>Thanks, glad you enjoy the sounds on the K-36, as I did >them. Compliments, kudos and many thanks Steve. You are a true sound magician. Your work has brought these exceptional locos to life. Keep up the great work. You are doing the steam heads in this commnity a great service.Best,
