I guess I should have posted it here since this is the sound forum, but I was wondering if any of you have been able to contact 3D Perfection.com. The reason I'm asking is because I sent them a couple of e-mails regarding my order of the 3D Sounds Package which is taking 4 weeks and still counting, to reach my mail box.

Some of these small companies on ship bi-weekly or monthly, so may your shipment was held up until they had enough orders. On the other hand, maybe it was shipped and is just tied up in the mail. In any even t four weeks is a long time to be waiting.Let's both keep our fingers crossed.
Not at all. I've been checking my e-mail, and mail box everyday...still nothing. I've e-mailed them a couple of times and recieved no reply. I will go to my bank with the recipt and check if the money order was taken or not. I just hope my mail service is slow, that's all. {ANTESTOR} Steve.
I purchased by credit card on line and that woudl certainly account for a big difference in the speed with whihc the order was processed.Hope it really is just slow mail.Good luck,
