To use a sound if you cant contact the one who uploaded it?I found a nice steam whistle at www.soundamerica.com that I currenly use for one of my steamers. I would like to upload it here but I can't contact the ones who have uploaded it, no email or anything is there to be found.Who should I contact to ask for permition to use this sound?
