Has anybody ever done a sound file of a wheel with a flat spot? I think that would sound cool on MSTS watching a train go by in the spectator view and hearing a box car or other, with a flat wheel go by, bang...bang...BANG...BANG...BANG...bang...bang...bang...so on & so forth. If not, what would it take to make such a file to put in as a sound in an sms file?EIN

RE: Wheel Flats

Might try a file called dzug.zip....I've used it a get pretty good sounding flat spots in my views....all you need to edit is the last line in your .wag file for the particular car you want to add the flat spots to..

RE: Wheel Flats

Check out my .sms files in the Sound Library
wgnsnd2.zip and clicker.zip as well.Believe it or not, the .wav file that makes this noise is in the main Sound folder in MSTS already, but they don't seem to have used it.
