Would it be possible to add that hissing sound whenever a steamer opens its cylinder cocks? The only line for cylinder cock sounds is in the cab sms. Can a line be added to the eng sms file (external sounds)? Thanks!

Sadly no. The 'internal' and 'external' (and also 'world' )environments have different sets of triggers that they are able to respond to.
