Yep .. My all time favourite is the bogie track sounds (with slamming doors and guard whistles for ai trains!) from UKTrainsim, it has to be the closest thing to the sound of London underground train wagons .. once you pass a train using one of these out on the track from in-cab it sounds so real .. it just started me to thinking, why can't I hear all of the trains I pass, like those tgv's , even from the cabview they should be audible ...
But if I make the tgvwagons audible in the cabview so I can hear em passing, then you get to hear em in the cab when driving the tgv's all the time ... it seems to me, (heading off to re-read the treatise on .sms files) that I can hear other trains from the cabview as long as they aren't pulling my coaches or driving my type of engine, since making my engine and wagon .sms files sounds audible in the cabview gives me them all the time not just when they pass outside... unless I make a new ,re-named, modified .sms files just for my train so I don't hear my own engine and wagon sounds in-cab ...
There must be an easier way! jv
