It's available in the file libary under: sndfix09.zip."MSTS Flying Scotsman Sound Bug Fix. Two modified .sms files that link the chuffing sounds to wheel rotation, instead of locomotive speed. It's the last building on the left.Actually, Go to the bottom of this page, below the track section on the right and click File Library. You have to register again to get in.
