It seems that on my files I have any old slash(es) in any direction. Now my Consist Ed is complaining:
The sound file ../../GP38/sound/x_gp_horn1.wav specified by the file ..\\..\\Common.snd\\Alco251\\ALS4Eng.sms
does not exist in the folder
D:\PROGRAM FILES\MICROSOFT GAMES\TRAIN SIMULATOR\TRAINS\TRAINSET\4002AA\SOUNDThe file(s) in question are aliased to the GP38 sound folder.Not only once, but it seems that a million files are wrong. Not that it affects the running of trains, but maybe I don't get all the sounds.
Hopefully one of you sound experts can help me.
As long as you don't tell me that I have to have the slashes all one way.
