My first real attempt at completly redesigning a cab. Based on Graeme Cox's GP-7 cab with alot of his input. This is a work in progress of a "somewhat" MLW style safety cab with alot of "reskinnig license" as opposed to poetical license. Using PSP7 this is a 2D cab in a 3D world. And - Does anyone know how to get the track monitor display to show anything other than 70 MPH?Dwight.....
HeyVery cool looking. If there would be a pic available of the full M420 control stand, try to do it like that, but keep everything else. Only the control stand would need a little change. But everything else looks cool!!Redfox Future engineer for the New Brunswick East Coast Railway"Grab Life By The Horns!"- Dodge
Thanks Redfox, I know what you mean about the control stand but finding a pic of one is like finding the Holy Grail. Tried for a couple of weeks with no luck.D
HeyForget to mention something: for more realism, try to model a bit of the nose as well!Redfox Future engineer for the New Brunswick East Coast Railway"Grab Life By The Horns!"- Dodge
Hey Redfox, This is a somewhat modified cabview with a little bit of the nose, modified center window and a few other items. Looking at a lot of external pics of MLW units the engineer did not see too much of the nose and I still have not found any pics of an internal view. Searched hi and Low.Dwight
