Weird annoyance occuring in one of my cab views. Even tho I've done dozens of cab files and modified the ace with no problem I keep getting the following: Whenever I "make" a window that goes to the edge of the image there is a 1 pixel white line that shows along the edge. The file is 1024x768 and even shows on the "smaller" image. I've chewcked a dozen times that the edges are totally "aced black 0,0,0" but still the annoying line(s). Using PSP7. If I check with TGA2 and look at the ace file then export the ace to the editor the white lines do not show up.Nice solid black.Dwight.......
I'm afraid that's happend in MANY cabviews I've seen (including the defaults), and I have no idea what causes it. It's not actually a white line, but a transparent zone (like the windows in the cab), but it appears to be a bug in MSTS itself... Besides, it's only one pixel wide. Not really that noticable. Thanks Jonathan, What I did was to put a one-pixel border around the offending cabview at a near color as the surrounding. It seems to be only noticable if you know its there and are looking for it. Oh wellthanks again Dwight.......
Hey Hack, No - but you're on the right "track". Think I narrowed it down to the on-board video section. Got to save my pennies for a decent video card.Dwight......
