RE: C36-7i cab

Wow! Really a nice cabview!Just some comment. If you rotate the front view 1 degree or such before you make this cabview. It will be better. Now it's may be some difficult than do it at begin for 3D rendered handle may not match. And can you make a rear view?

RE: C36-7i cab

Thanks for a wonderful cab! One problem I have found. The throttle works opposite of the way it should (idle in run 8 position, full throttle in the idle position.) I have not found a way to correct this short of re-arranging the sequence of the images in the ace file. If successful, I will advise here. Thanks again!Bob

>And another thing, their crews must ride in style,
>I noticed a CD player in the control stand Most Norwegian locomotives (an I think EMUs/DMUs as well) have also been fitted with CD Players in recent years (usually simple automobile-type players). The cabs I've been in have also had a (very) small fridge (much smaller than in US locos), a cooking plate (does no US locos have this) in the fireman's position, and a wash basin behind the engineer. But then again, locos here only have two-seat cabs, so there are more room I suppose (most, if not all, EMUs/DMUs in fact only have one-seat cabs).

RE: C36-7i cab

Got the revised cab. The throttle now operates correctly. Thank you! You certainly have raised the bar on older GE units!Bob

RE: C36-7i cab

Engineer rear view do not have as good angle as conductors rear view. And I had to say you need try rotate the picture in your graphics editor. Why we ask rear view is because when you drive, you will found you rarely use left and right view, but want more rear and conductor view.Of course you can use 640x480.

RE: C36-7i cab

Yepp,I want conductors rear view if driving backward, but engineers backward simply I get "head out" and also see rear view.
I use key 5 to take "passenger view" from engineer place and it works.
