Eh, looks like you'll have to open up the glass by hand and move the needle back into place. :pI'd suggest just re-downloading it.-You can never have too much inner beauty. Or socks.

RE: NALW analog cab

another suggestion would be to use the thing to whack out some poles ( I did that in my bus yesterday took the turn too soon and took out a telephone pole. it was in a stupid place anyways some of the streets here aer so narrow a full sized school bus barely fits).

That's a pretty logical assumption.Regards...Jim McDermott

RE: NALW analog cab

I had the same problem, both on the GE Megapack and the NEC Pack. This is the change I made to my cab file for the C40-8W.Dial (
Type ( MAIN_RES DIAL )
Position ( 110 273 6 41 )
Graphic ( "..\\..\\gp38\\Cabview\\needlered.ace" )
Style ( NEEDLE )
ScaleRange ( 0 160 )
ScalePos ( 239 124 )
Units ( PSI )
Pivot ( 28 )
DirIncrease ( 0 )
)
Dial (
Type ( EQ_RES DIAL )
Position ( 110 273 6 41 )
Graphic ( "..\\..\\gp38\\Cabview\\NeedleWht.ace" )
Style ( NEEDLE )
ScaleRange ( 0 160 )
ScalePos ( 239 124 )
Units ( PSI )
Pivot ( 28 )
DirIncrease ( 0 )
)
Dial (
Type ( BRAKE_CYL DIAL )
Position ( 202 273 6 41 )
Graphic ( "..\\..\\gp38\\Cabview\\needlered.ace" )
Style ( NEEDLE )
ScaleRange ( 0 160 )
ScalePos ( 237 124 )
Units ( PSI )
Pivot ( 28 )
DirIncrease ( 0 )
)
Dial (
Type ( BRAKE_PIPE DIAL )
Position ( 202 273 6 41 )
Graphic ( "..\\..\\gp38\\Cabview\\NeedleWht.ace" )
Style ( NEEDLE )
ScaleRange ( 0 160 )
ScalePos ( 237 124 )
Units ( PSI )
Pivot ( 28 )
DirIncrease ( 0 )
)In the line "Position", the first number is side to side, the second number is top to bottom. To position up or down, I look for another gauge which displays properly (like the ACCELEROMETER) and see what the values are, and adjust accordingly. Smaller numbers move up and left.I have found that the original file will specify
"..\\..\\gp38\\Cabview\\NeedleWhite .ace" )
This keeps the white needle from even appearing at all. I presently use Alex Hall's SD40-2 cab for my GP38's. The above changes seem to work well for me, I have made simular changes to my AEM7's.Hope this helps!Bob
