Thanks everyone for your comments about the cabview.
The changes made from the other posted thread. - raised the view
- added the nose view
- rails in the vertical window added
- pull handle horn instead of button
- added the clock under the speedometer
- darkened the overall viewThe new posted view is below, I'm working on the left and right view and would love to create BNSF,CSX,NS,CN,IC, and others if all of you would like. I'm also making a highnose view for Norfolk Southern. Please continue with the opinions.David AkridgeUpdated SD40-2 Cabview – image 1

Looks good to me.I like the handle for the horn. And by all means do the cabviews for the other railroads listed.

RE: Updated SD40-2 Cabview

You should add a digital speed readout below the analog speed readout. That way the digital speed readout display is not lost behind the needle of the analog speed display.Just a thought if at all possible.

RE: Updated SD40-2 Cabview

Any chance you could release a version without the nose showing.
This would save numerous repaints for the obscure roads with only a small loss of accuracy. I mean its got to be 100 times better than the default GP38 cab.Andy j KUK

RE: Updated SD40-2 Cabview

By all means, keep the nose showing in the appropriate color for the road it is meant for; looks much better that way !
