I'd probably say the SD40-2 in V1.2 upgrade made by TA. However this cabview was made even better by Train Sim members by altering the angle of view so we all didn't get crooked necks !

I would have to agree with both James and ssw_96.But there was a Canadian National C44-9W cabview being made that looked super realisic - i hope its still around Cheers

Think European - think realistic !
The most realistic cab I've seen was cab from German electric loco DB 151. Surprisely, it's freeware.American "spartan cabs" are treat. If you make it realistic, control stand will obscure most of the front view. If you change proportions or control stand orientation it's not realistic anymore
