Hello,
electric locos normally have two twin cabs (front and rear). I found MSTS locos that have both cab views, and this is nice if You want to drive trains first from A to B and then from B to A. But I found out that only the front cab has animated controls and indications. The rear cab has no animations. Is there a way to animate also the rear cab? ThanksCarlo Santucci

No way. In this version MSTS, you can only control one cab and in one picture. And you can not change cab when driving.

Not exactly so. You can change cab when driving, but as I wrote in previous post, it seems that one of the two cabs simply may not have animations.Carlo Santucci

What key you used to change cab in driving? If you use left or right arrow, that's just 1 of 3 picture of cabview. Difference is it not point to left or right, but rear.If you use key 5. That's passenger view. Difference is it's not in lcoc not passenger car.

You have to use a loco that has a .cvf file allowing that view.Download for example following electric loco
http://www.trenomania.it/trainsimulator/file/filelocomotive/downloadlocomotive.asp?ID=121and following cabhttp://www.trenomania.it/trainsimulator/file/cabine/downloadcabine.asp?ID=10(attention:cab must be unzipped positioning on trains/trainset (like loco unzip).Run an electric route with the loco. From view 1 click the right arrow and You will have the rear view.Carlo Santucci

RE: Is it possible to have two animated cabs (rear and

That's just what I mean, you get a rear view, but lost a right view.
So that's rear view is not really rear view, just a right view change direction to rear. And both right and left view of front cabview don't have animation. Another way is add a passenger view (key 5) in freight loco. So you can even get a rear view when another loco is coupling at the trainset end in theory. But both method can not have animation. That's not the really cabview MSTS used for control.
