Is it possible to change out the desktop controls in the SD 90 and replace them with the original dash 9 controls or would that require a complete rebuild of the cabview? All help is appreciated.

Only the throttle and brake controls.

Just copy over the relevant .ace files from the Dash9 directory. Then either rename them (if the SD90MAC version uses different filenames) so that they directly replace the included ones, or just edit the .cvf-file to point to the new .ace files
