Normally there are two cabs, 640x480 and 1024x768.
Lets say I downloaded a train which the cab is only 1024x768. I run MSTS at 640x480. So how do you reduce the cab size from 1024x768 to 640x480. I know the first few steps:
1. Make a copy of the 1024 cab
2. Open the copy up in tgatool2Then, what do I do?
