I get so tired of sticking my head out of the window on a loco or using an exterior view when I have it in reverse, could I just make a view looking out the small rear windows?

There must be a way to do it all the engines from Dekosoft have rear view through the back window.

Go and get Class 153 available at file library. Press right arrow and get reverse view
Or the Go transit Bombarier coaches. Press the "5" and get rear view

Try out my BNSF B40-8 ( KLWB40v2.zip ), go to view 1 (cabview) and press the right arrow...you'll be very happy with the view Take care!Kurt
