RE: New 'in-game' GMD widecab cabview photos!

Ok we've been waiting for a very long time and still this cab isn't in the download section. Are you still trying to get folks to like it or are you teasing us?.Many have said that the cab view is excellent. The question now is when will we be able to use it or will we have to keep waiting for MSTS2...

Hey hey! Cool down Claude! I'm working with NALW's Sam Spade on this one, so it took a bit longer to get the cab ironed out!The actual cab was finished a couple of days ago, and now I need to double-check the readme file, then have NALW ok the readme file, and finally, make the auto-installer and upload it.It takes a while...be patient!Kurt

Oh yes, looking good..
I still say it'd be even more perfect if you used JohanSteam's Control Stand with the four-window background though

RE: New 'in-game' GMD widecab cabview photos!

Sorry for having dropped out of sight for so long and sorry I dont have a 24mm wide angle lens for more comprehensive pictures but I hope these will help. The sidewalls and top console front are brown, the ceiling and front ledge are tan. The speedo has an accellerometer display in the middle,+/-, single mph led are orange, green led for 5mph increments, and a red led lights up over top of the 60 mph when you reach that speed. There was a good picture of a 5400 posted some time ago, wich shows the overhead console that cuts across the front of the cab. The GP40-2 are similar except for the instrument cluster that drops down is not there. That stuff is mounted on the control stand.
Also the console is flat and not angled.
cheers drawbar.

RE: New 'in-game' GMD widecab cabview photos!

I've had the GMD widecab zipfile in my downloaded files for sometime now, and as a matter of fact; I just installed it in the CN SD50/60 #5555 and it looks great. It is a NALW cabview and is/was in the file libraries under cabs!! Ron K of Rockford
