My computer was hit by a virus recently and some files may have been lost. One file file that appears to be missing is a shell.dll file. If I try to open up certain programs or a game(TD2), I get the pop-up box stating "Can't find shell.dll". I have Windows XP home version as my OS. One thought, if someone has a moment and could use the search files feature to find every place this file is located. Then I can compare this list to my system and see any missing location(s). If not, any suggestions are welcome. Thanks very much.Bob Staples http://www.thebluecomet.com
