RE: 4723 in Oklahoma

She lead NS 214 which is one of the Piedmont Divisions hot shot pig trains north with two other BNSF C44-9W's. Sadly I didn't get to see her because she ran by me way before I got up to go to school. From the pictures people took up in Virginia she looked really nice. This was in early December of this year. Also she is the MS unit, not the MLT unit.Adam Parsons

The MLT unit is their own interpretation of the exact same locomotive that MS used in the sim, only a lot better looking than the original. Thus your statement makes no sense. Is being clueless fun? I am curious. 4723 in Oklahoma – image 54723 in Oklahoma – image 6"The F59PHI and Genesis are the lamest excuses for locomotives Amtrak has ever operated - accept it and move on. RE: 4723 in Oklahoma

No, my statement makes perfect since. Being that Microsoft was the person to put the logo on the BNSF 4723 right when Train Simulator was released means it is the Microsft Train Simulator unit. The Maple Leaf Tracks one is a remake of the orginial one that Mirosoft released on there website. Being that Mircosoft was the first person to release the special addition locomotive to us throught the Train Simulator website means they have seniority over all others produced. So in terms it is the Microsoft Train Simulator unit. Remember folks respect your elders, this is a perfect example of this.Adam Parsons

It's nothing to do with repsecting your elders. It is giving credit to one entity for another's work, and it's silly. No-one ever said the real thing was an MLT unit, they said they preferred MLT's rendering of the locomotive to MS'.4723 in Oklahoma – image 9"The F59PHI and Genesis are the lamest excuses for locomotives Amtrak has ever operated - accept it and move on.
