Each time I download a .apk file to unpack I am getting a failed to unpack activity message using the tsunpack.exe in the trainsim utilities file any suggestions?

I think thier is a better unpacker you cxan download in the files area here. Look in the Utilities section for it, I think it uses the same name as the sim's unpacker, or close to it.Chris Bogley

Somewhere in help on the official website theres specific instructions on the type of file. Something with a target and shortcut button for the app.

There is a utility fix called TSUnpack-Fix.zip. It is very small but it worked for me. It is probably available here, but you can also get it at www.railserve.com. Look in the utilities for computers. It allows the unpacker to work and will put them where they go. Your problem had been driving me nuts until I found this yesterday.
