"Christmas Special 1981 GM EMD F40 Locomotive Great Gift
Vehicle Description For auction we have a 1981 General Motors Electromotive Division F40 Locomotive. It will make a great Christmas present but don't try to get it under your tree! This locomotive is located in the Union Pacific rail yard in Kansas City, Missouri. It was taken out of service in 2002, and is in good condition. The following features highlight this great locomotive:"A great Christmas present?! Maybe for some museum or new commuter railroad! If I had the cash, I'd buy it, sell the insides, and buy a siding somewhere where I could sit in it and watch trains!

>siding somewhere where I could sit in it and watch trains! That would be the ULTIMATE "room" for a model railroad....give it the Amtrak Cabbage treatment (remove the engine and make a big baggage room). A 10' wide by about 35' long room for a model railroad would be fantastic!!!

Bow material? It comes in colored plasic 40" wide and 1000 yd rolls, in all the primary colors and a few shades. About 150 bucks a pop. Small price considering the object! LOLCheers; Chuck F.

I think I would like to see someone keep it here in Kansas City. Maybe for the new railroad muesum at Union Station. It sounds like they want something that works and this is it.

Or probably, maybe you should waste your time reading it.
Eh, where did my signature go?
Oh, here it is, the one you are reading right now? Can't you see it? I know I know, it's probably too bright to see it.
Hey, look at my avatar, nice right? I drew it with my own hands holding the mouse in Paint, with the pencil tool(and the Filling tool!)!
It's a picture of me in Planet Stooopid, where everything is the same as what you call "Earth" except that we are called "aliens" in your planet.
Anyway, I warned you not to waste time reading my signature! You have just wasted probably about 30 seconds reading it, where you could have spent the time doing better things, like maybe reading the next post below if there is one...

Ha! Only 51 pounds! "Reserve not met." No duh! Why would the people who are selling this even start it at 50? Joe LeMay
