It's too bad, but for all the Canadians who used this tool monthly as a glimpse into the inner workings of Canadian Railway industry, as well as to keep the pulse as to what the government is doing, Trainscan Monthly news is offline. http://www.trainscan.com/news/scan/s0412/index.htmlIt appears that the rest of the website will continue to operate however.
