Hi all. I would like to know if any one could e mail me a good detailed map of the railroads of central New Mexico, mainly Vaughn and points south to the southern part of New Mexico. I took a passenger train trip on that line going South bound ending up in El PASO,TEXAS then going West bound to Los Angeles, all in july of 1967.Thanks, Mike Messenger, p s if you are ever in Galesburg,Illinois chech out Lincoln Street Overpass/Peck Park a very good railfan hotspot, where 5 lines go by there!! unionpacific856@hotmail.com

Or you could do a search on the internet for the map. Not very many people have a New Mexico Railroad map laying around. And isn't Galesburg the site of 7 lines not 5? If your going to keep telling us about this wonderful railfan site, at least get the facts correct.Chris Bogley Syracuse New York http://photobucket.com/albums/v520/CBP/

Thanks for that info. My facts are straight, I said Lincoln Street Overpass/Peck Park is a hotspot in Galesburg that has 5 rail tracks going thru it, not Galesburg overall. The town of Galesburg does have 7 lines that go out of it. read the last 3 lines of my post more carefully. Mike.
