Hi All, Peck Park in Galesburg,Illinois is my favorite hot spot, however i was at a very intresting isolated place on September 2, 1992. It is a place in central New Mexico called Abo Canyon. It is 14 miles southeast of Belen,New Mexico. There are 7 bridges that snake thru the area over dry river beds and thru the deserty mountains. It is a single track and now from what i know B N S F is the primary power that goes thru there. If you like isolated out of the way places then this place is for you. I first found out about this place when i read a article in RailFan and Railroad Magazine on July 7,1987 when that issue i bought that day had an article and some pictures in it by Mike Martin. Bring up Abo Canyon on Google if you want some good pics etc. thanks, Mike M.
