Shape File Viewer is by Paul Gadsen, and Shape File Manager is also by Paul Gadsen. I'm not 100% sure though.

SFM when running has a link to the site and an email link to the author. Sview has a .chm file in its folder. When active this contains an email link to contact the author with any problems.Beer is not a matter of life and death. It is much more serious than that. mervyn.
