Good to see you Lawrence!I love the camera to pieces, but when it comes to low light, my hand refuses to be steady enough for me to handle it. So a camera with IS is needed.Speaking of IS.. I'm editing pictures right now when I used the FZ10... very nice results.

Hehe, that is true. Though I'm usually on the move alot. If I go anywhere in Downtown via the bus, I tend to be as "light" as possible.Last time I had my tripod downtown, had 3 officers question me on why I had it among the lame questions.
Try a telescoping monopod. Super lightweight, compact, and not nearly as ungainly as a tripod, even a folded one. Obviously not useful for "hands off" shots, like a time exposure, but a huge improvement over trying to hold the camera steady purely by hand.
Hey, you think thats bad? I was thrown off of a Metra platform because some old dude called me in thinking I was a terrorist. The Metra cop came (and I know this guy), took my info, reported it, and then found out he didn't have to cause I am a minor (14). Then he almost had to take my film (BS) cause ya know, I coulda been plannin on blowin something up. Luckly he triple checked and didn't have to. I still had to leave the station, though.
