We actually made an entire Rail Grinding Train based on the US prototype... Look in the file library under NALW and Grinder... You might like what you find!Chuck Schneider Chief Cook, Bottle Washer and (Virtual) CEO
I`ve seen the railgrinder at work.....at night which is awesome.....and during the day. Right now a railgrinder is on the UP transcon at Rochelle,IL......been there all week with a large gang replaced ties as well. Just a note...........the first time I witnessed it......it was at night on BN`s racetrack just west of Clyde yard.......my first thought was the BN shoved a railcar that was on fire out of the yard NALW did a helluva job on it too!CG

If anybody would like I have a few pics of a railginder train working outside of Tucson on the UP. Give me a heads up and I'll put them in the screenshots forum. George
