NS Curve 4th train – image 1

Was watching WTAJ the other day, and they showed some shots of the side of an EMD Horsehead locomotive while talking about the lights that are going to be on the train over the curve tonight. Anyone got anymore Info on the tran? (pics, etc) Is it a special with some kinda special cars/passenger cars, or is it just a normal freight with lights (doubt it, it's been sitting in the yard for 3 days) Or is it like a bunch of NS boxcars?

RE: NS Curve 4th train

Got some video of it...looked as if the entire white NS logo on the side of the train was lighted from INSIDE the locomotive, very interesting effect. There was a solitary boxcar in the middle painted with NS logos and a commemorative logo (same logo as on some of the T-shirts, horse head in a colored horseshoe shape), the rest of the train was flats with strobes and multicolored floodlights that danced around in sync with floodlights on the ground. The business train was there too with a pair of new SD70Ms with the new-style cabs, got some shots of it down by the station in Altoona. That lumpy nose doesn't look so bad in black paint I might add.Mr. F
