Jan-21-02, 01:58 PM (EST) 7. "RE: An old L.A. Rams fan says....." Dunno really Rich, I lost the one channel I had showing NFL when we had to change to digital satellite transmissions. There's a sportsbar in town that shows NFL-games, but they come on at 10 pm on a Sunday night so I haven't followed one whole game so far this season (shame on me...). Reserved a place there for the Superbowl party though. I haven't worked the day after Superbowl for 20 years Kickoff is at 12.30 am here and you know how long a Superbowl game can be... Then there's the usual accessories....doesn't exactly help you up in the morning )
But I'll have to say that McNabb can probably do a better job stretching the Ram's defense than Brett did last night. He isn't as mobile as he used to be, and the Birds always had a good defense....I'm hopeful.
I'd really love to see a Superbowl between the Eagles and the Steelers. (Sorry Patriots-fans) Nalle Remove | Alert Edit | Reply | Reply With Quote | Top

As a Texan and loyal Dallas fan, when the Boys don't make it to the playoffs I gotta root against Green Bay and San Francisco.I would say Dallas would be better next year, but I'd be a liar. *Sigh* for the glory days.I guess I'll root for St Louis this year...better than nothing LOL Remove | Alert Edit | Reply | Reply With Quote | Top

Just kidding, Cowboys (and Redskins) are my favourite hate teams !!! Just couldn't resist an opening like that. Nalle Remove | Alert Edit | Reply | Reply With Quote | Top
