Kyle has been running more then farm products lately... I have some pictures but cant seep to get them to post... I got a new service and the adds at the top of the page dont load so It wont post my pictures.
They are putting in a pipe line that is running into Texas and it runs past Burlington Colorado. Kyle has been runnin in some new Pipe on some 89 Ft flat cars. They also left one of the Former NS High nosed Geeps in Burlington and I was able to get several photos of it as well.
Again I cant seem to be able to post the pictures so I guess I will just tell you all about it instead.

Looks like they bought a high-nose GP40-2 (ex-Sou) from NS for there line.

Yea that is the one of the Dallas Garland and Northeastern engines. They might have traded it because they have been getting lots of new (for them) engines. Such as 2 SD45-2's in CSX and HLCX, 1 SD40 in CNW, 2 SW1500 CEFX and a light green HLCX.-Matt ATSF GP60M #104 works on the local in Flagstaff, AZ.

Hey, is that an ex-SOU or ex-N&W unit? I don't think it is a Southern unit as Southern did not own any GP40-2. Of course I wouldn't know a GP40-2 even if it were to bite me on the leg. Southern did own a lot of GP38's and GP38-2s, but the bell was on the long hood. Still trying to learn more about N&W units......Mykel

I thought that the DGNO was a Leasing company... I guess I was wrong. Kyle has two such units that they are running.
Those pictures were taken on a siding in Burlington Colorado.
I have about 6 other pictures of that unit that I also got while I was over there that day.
They are using that unit to move those pipes out to where there putting in the pipeline which will run a few miles east of Burlington.
