Jan-19-02, 11:31 PM (EST) "Train-Sim Very Slow Today and Tonight" I can't get an aggregate download rate above 10kB.... Normally I get anyware from 50kB to 125kB from this site (thats bytes not bits).... I've been trying to download Whitefish and Modern England all day and that's about what it is taking.... may as well be dial-up instead of cable modem! I checked some other sites and they are running at about what I normally get from them... Must be something on the Train-Sim site??????? Too many "non-members" logged on? (Heh! "RE: Train-Sim Very Slow Today and Tonight" WOW! 10kb/s, I wish I has that.Actually, non-members are limited in their access to the file library, members are not, so if all the train-sim.com members log on at the same time, and I assume they could in theory, this would hit on download speeds.

"RE: Train-Sim Very Slow Today and Tonight" Damn !!A file took me 20 minutes and 17 seconds and was downloading at a speed of 2.50 - 2.75Normally this would have been a 30 second download with a speed of around 25 - 45 kbps .Somthings up for sure !!Oh well as long as I get the files, I'll just pretend I have dial up again...................naw thats too horrifying to think about....heheTim Kent
