Sad news we all know happened exactly one week ago. Just as an small tribute to trains and those millions people who use them every day, please let me post a couple of what I think are good picture links. There you'll see the trains, not the way you shouldn't see never, but providing their service, that indispensable service of bringing people from house to work and vice-versa without traffic jams. The first one, and more symbolic, is the Madrid section of the European Railway Server (mercurio):http://mercurio.iet.unipi.it/pix/es/station/Madrid/pix.htmlHere you'll see from historical images (As Principe Pío when it was terminus of the North line) to present day pictures of Chamartin and Atocha, both the impressing columns of Atocha Terminus and the commuter area. For those who don't know about mercurio, it worth a bit of browsing, specially the comprehensive picture area. The other link is about trains all over Spain. You'll see from commuter to rack mountain lines, Electric, Diesel or Steam, and impressive or simply beautyful landscapes in some pics. Sure it worth a visit:http://usuarios.lycos.es/pakotrenes/fotosE.htmOf corse comments and other links will be highly welcome, but please not about sad news.Thank you again!
