I have purchased it and to me it is not the quality of MSTS and I cannot do with it what I can do in MSTS.

To me Yes and personally I dont see no problem with it. Again its down to the "individual" , If they dont like it then they will complain. Its like the 10 Pm watershed on TV. Some lets say " plain jane person" Starts to watch a program after 10 pm on TV that has had a warning of say either Nudity ( woohoo) Sex ,or both or foul language by the announcer just before starting.... this people then sits through it and then phones or writes and complains about the program they sat and watched which had a warning befor about Sex, nudity or profanity in it. Yet they had the power to change channels or switch said TV off yet they didnt they sat there and watched it. What I am trying to say is if they dont like it then dont watch it.
