I just tried it, and it still available there as of December 22.
I have no idea if it is posted either with, or without, the permission of the creator, Cameron Lashley.To navigate this site, it helps to know a little bit of French language. With reference to the menu at the upper left of the home page, click on 'Les engins moteurs', then click on 'les locomotives thermique', then 'Les locomotives thermique des autres'. The PA is near the middle of the list. If anyone is looking to download the GG1, it is also available under 'les locomotives electrique', then at 'les locomotives electric des autres'. Sorry, the CLW GP-30 not available there.
