It's an update to their add on activity pack. You have to purchase the activity pack from them on CD. I haven't bought this one yet, but I've been totally satisfied with eveything I've bought from them so far.

RE: Is this free?

Was there a point to that, or were you just showcasing your talents as a idiot? Yes, $20 is a bit steep for a engine, but it is not just any engine, it is one of the most famous steam engines in the world, and 3DTS put a lot of amazing detail into it.If you don't like the price, fine, but don't knock someone else, unless of course you think you can do better?Go back to playing trainz.Chris Bogley

>Like normal this guy is showing how much of a blabbering
>idiot he is. Perhaps I should send him a T-shirt with that
>blabbering idiot sign on it. Well, don't you think $20 is too much then? You can even buy a copy of MSTS on Ebay with less than that amount, which has 6 routes a lot more rolling stock!

-----You are reading my signature now, don't waste your time reading it!-----
Or probably, maybe you should waste your time reading it.
Eh, where did my signature go?
Oh, here it is, the one you are reading right now? Can't you see it? I know I know, it's probably too bright to see it.
Hey, look at my avatar, nice right? I drew it with my own hands holding the mouse in Paint, with the pencil tool(and the Filling tool!)!
It's a picture of me in Planet Stooopid, where everything is the same as what you call "Earth" except that we are called "aliens" in your planet.
Anyway, I warned you not waste time reading my signature! You have just wasted probably about 30 seconds reading it, where you could have spent the time doing better things, like maybe reading the next post below if there is one...

RE: Is this free?

For an addon which such great detail, not to mention the history behind the REAL locomotive, and coming from one of the most fantastic PAYWARE companies out there, $20 is most worth it. If you don't like it fine, BUT with the way the community is going these days, don't complain when everybody goes PAYWARE...AustinBN in Washington Series...

RE: Is this free?

Do you have any idea how much that would cost as a brass model for an HO railroad layout? The simulator is cheap by any comparative measure, and much more realistic to boot. Be thankful for all the opportunities we have to run the equipment we most admire, and by the way, most of us have a collection of stuff a HO model railroder could only dream about, and a little room left in the basement as well. If you don't find the value, then keep your money and take your girl out to Burger King for the evening. I am sure she will appreciate the lavish meal $20 can buy.
