Zip.txt? – image 1

I noticed when I uploaded the CalTrain work locos pack today that all the files in the pub folder had files that were the exact same name but with .zip.txt on the end.I didn't notice anything on the upload page or its other how-to pages regarding creating this file... is it something we're supposed to upload alongside the package or is it something automatically generated when you place a file there?A little confused, and hoping I didn't do something wrong. Thanks in advance.Tim Frost

Tim, someone can correct me if I'm incorrect, but that is usually a simple text file so the downloaders can see what is in the package before downloading. Some people put it in zip form, some leave it as text, but it's simply supposed to have the same name as the zip file.RobertR .. ADF-M&RM at http://www.adfrr.com

-----You are reading my signature now, don't waste your time reading it!-----
Or probably, maybe you should waste your time reading it.
Eh, where did my signature go?
Oh, here it is, the one you are reading right now? Can't you see it? I know I know, it's probably too bright to see it.
Hey, look at my avatar, nice right? I drew it with my own hands holding the mouse in Paint, with the pencil tool(and the Filling tool!)!
It's a picture of me in Planet Stooopid, where everything is the same as what you call "Earth" except that we are called "aliens" in your planet.
Anyway, I warned you not waste time reading my signature! You have just wasted probably about 30 seconds reading it, where you could have spent the time doing better things, like maybe reading the next post below if there is one...

According to Nels information the diz file has to be named File_ID.diz and is what goes in the information text next to the picture that is displayed. The file Tim is referring to is the extra information about downloading you can add to help people see what is in the installation when they right click on the file to see a readme. It's not required, but many people add it to make it better for the downloadersRobertR .. ADF-M&RM at http://www.adfrr.com
