Dec-04-01, 01:39 AM (EST) "Help me identify where these engines came from" LAST EDITED ON Dec-04-01 AT 01:44 AM (EST)The other day I was woundering what the paint scheme was of the KYLE Railroad -- current operator of former Rock Island lines in Kansas/Nebraska, their webpage http://www.statesrail.com/index1.html had a nice route map, but no pictures.
... so I went to the ever handy George Elwood site
http://www.dnaco.net/~gelwood/ and there it was, the KYLE railroad
GP35E--in a KYLE Paint scheme
but it also had other engines that have been repainted since leaving their former owners, and it is hard to determine were they came from
GP30
and
U30B
I had to post this-I just like the hi-tech X over the letters, cost effective paintjobs, could take about 5 minutes for a skinner
Matt
