I'm Dizzy Now... Good reference close-ups... but those would be pretty hard to use as skins...Remember: When you railfan next time... Try to get "whole" side shots that are as close to horizontally level as possible... If you do, you might even see your pictures become textures in MSTS. Now that would be pretty neat, right?Pete Willard

You can still get good stills without I tripod, I've done it before and even of moving trains.

Im with rob..no tripod for me! There are some great pics there, Mike! I think you should also get some of the whole car or engine you are photographing. Easier to look at, and it shows more detail of what the engine is instead of just a head-on shot. Nothing against head-on shots, I do em too, But you know what I mean.Keep up the great work, Mike!Hopefully this weekend I'll be taking some actualy video of some trains, as my dad is taking the camera moose hunting. Except, our tripod is broken...Hmm..
