On the way home from church (I see all the unusual trains on the way home from church, it seems) We stopped in West Chicago for an Autorack train pulled by an SD70m and 2? other engines (I couldn't see them and the first 10 or so autoracks) pulling an autorack train. One thing tha instantly caught my attention was:Had TFM and KCS merged, there would have been at least 1 autorack from every Class 1!I saw:ATSF (really old looking) BN-Green! BNSF CN Conrail CP CSX (Almost brand new) NS TFM And of course, UP!Now the biggest surprise: FEC!They were seamingly randomly assigned in different portions of the train-I.E. TFM, something else, TFM, Something Else, Something Else TFM. It had one FEC towards the end.I missed the first 10 or so cars, so maybe there were even more!Don't think I've ever seen an SP autorack. Thanks! METRAUP
