Sep-23-01, 11:41 AM (EST) "Free Helpful Software" To all Flight Simmers and Train Simmers,
I have found two free programs that I have found to be very usefull, one is
called Easy Explorer it is like windows explorer but better instead of using
Window Key + E key,Program Files,Microsoft Games,FS2000 to get where you want to be.
You can set this program to open at Aircraft or any other folder of your own choice
and changed at any time you want.

The other program is called 2X Explorer,it is a two window explorer program.
How I use this one is I have one window set as C:\Program Files\Mirosoft Games\
FS2000\Aircraft. The other window I have set as C:\Programe Files\Microsoft Games\
FS2000\Hanger. The hanger folder is one I created and installed in my FS2000 folder
and in the hanger folder I placed other folders named Aerobatic,Airliners,Airliners
Light,Glider,Helicopter,Light & Bush,Military,Ultralight, and Vintage in these
folders I put my aircraft which makes it easy to add planes or remove planes as I
wish. You of course can do as you so desire with it, this is just my idea.

Sep-23-01, 12:24 PM (EST) 1. "RE: Free Helpful Software" I use a program called Xteq that opens explorer at those files that you specify. So you can have one for MSTS and you get that when you click on it. Sounds similar to some of yours.You can also open more than one window by clicking on it twice.Another program that I find great is EndItAll that closes all your background programs. Sep-29-01, 01:20 AM (EST) 2. "RE: Free Helpful Software" I just use the favorites feature to save my main points of interest and move them to the top of the list, ie. Downloads, c:\program files\microsoft games\train-sim\trains\trainset, etc.
adds two clicks and i am there. I click pretty quick anyway.
