Here are some CP pics I took on the digital camera. I'm still a rookie at taking train pics so any help or pointers are apprciated! These pics were taken behind my house near the Woodstock Ontario CPR yard. CP Rail #1614I have actually driven this engine! Here is CP Rail #16181614 and 1618 are the local shunters for the Woodstock ON yard.Another shot of 1614 Here is a CP intermodel and freight train passing over the bridge before the Woodstock yard. The two engines have different paint shemes, the engine on the left has the Dual Flags scheme, while the one on the right has the Action Red scheme. Trying to be artsy with this picture!! BTW..I still have a lot to learn about indentifying engines...but I think 1614 and 1618 are GP38's.........please correct me if i'm wrong! And does anyone have a site that states how you can tell what type of loco it is? Thanks!
Yea..the pics arent working...dont know why...but go to my website... www.freewebs.com/peterbiltsrule and the pics are in the trains section. And to Imprezzed, the pics are taken from beside highway 59, right behind Frederick st in Woodstock. The blue vridge is the bridge before the yard. The bridge goes over The Thames river (pittock) and then the 59 highway bridge is above it!....I got a heck of a soaker riding my bike through a puddle to get the pics! LMAO
