Hello fellow simmers.. The Atlanta/Southeastern MSTS Group is planning a trip to Cordele, GA to ride on the SAM shortline(www.samshortline.com) on Saturday April 19th. We would love to have some of the MiSTieS from South Georgia, Florida and where ever to join us. The train leaves Cordele at 10am, and the drive is about 2.5 hours from Atlanta, so we are planning on leaving Atlanta at 7am that morning. Tickets are $20.00, or $30.00 for the club car. We would meet at the Cordele station at about 9:30 that morning. If you are interested please let me know. You will need to make your own reservations. At this time we are leaning towards the club car for that extra comfort it provides. At this time we have Ed (HAWK) Hawkins and Bill (TREE FROG) Burnett confirmed. Bill, as most know, is the creator of the world famous Seaview routes. This is a great chance to meet fellow fans of MSTS, share ideas and thoughts and enjoy a relaxing trainride. We hop to see you there.
