Actually, Phase V is becoming extinct. Everything is coming out in what is my favorite scheme, but isn't on your list. Phase IVb. It's Phase IV stripes, w/o SUPERLINER lettering, and has the red stripe along the bottom. Amtrak logos by the doors, and car type by the doors for easy distingushment(is this a word?)

Isn't that scheme (phase IVb) known as the "Gunn era" scheme?

What about Dave Gunn's new Phase 6 scheme? Does anyone have any pics of it? I haven't seen what it looks like yet...------------------------------------------------------------I'll never let go of the railroad that inspired me to be involved with trains, the Union Pacific!
