RE: MSPaint error

Do you have Windows XP?If so, click "Start", then "Accesories" then "System Tools" then "System Restore" and follow the instructions...set your date to yesterday's checkpoint and it wil show up. This process will take about 10 minutes at most. The only downside is, if you made changes to any programs since that checkpoint, they will not show...your system will act as though it's where it was at the checkpoint time.I've had to tdo this a couple times when other people on the computer screw something up....no big deal tome, I usually remember what I've changed inthe last day or so, but it sure beats losing the stuff completely.

I'm pretty sure that is a root certificate problem. I had the same error when I tired to play Trainz for the first time on Win98, I searched the Microsoft site for "Root Certificates" and found a patch.*~þHÃt*Rat~**~classic american playa~*MSPaint error – image 4
