Is there any other paying members of this site that has troubles getting to the files section? I keep getting the screen that says I should become a paying member, and I am! To Nels credit, I must have emailed him about 3 times and each time he was prompt responding and I guess tried to fix the problem but to no avail. He said I did screw up when I signed up by putting in the wrong username but that he fixed it. I still get the "you should join screen" at least 4 out of every 5 times I try. Just wanted to see if it is just my account.Jim

I have had no trouble accessing the files area since I subscribed about a month ago.I did have a problem accessing the message area that turned out to be a browser/cookie monitor configuration problem on my system. It wasn't accepting all of the cookies that the message area needs to function. Nels was very helpful in resolving that problem.Bert
