From BBC News :"Several passengers have been injured after a London Underground train derailed and hit a platform. There are unconfirmed reports that a fire broke out following the accident, on a westbound platform at Chancery Lane station in the centre of the city. At least six people have been treated for injuries, but there are no reports of any fatalities. London Underground said the last three carriages of a train appeared to have left the track. London Fire Brigade said the fire is thought to have occurred after a "crash". "
